The active team of the Ezelsdorf fire brigade consists of 61 volunteer citizens. The youth group consists of 8 young people from Ezelsdorf.

The members of the Ezelsdorf fire brigade do their work on a voluntary basis. That means they are not financially rewarded for their service.

This service includes not only missions, but also the entire training and further education. As well as many small and large tasks and activities that everyday life in the fire service entails. This resulted in several 100 man-hours in 2020.
